The integration between RED-V and Toshiba ES generates a tool with advanced and easy-to-use functionalities through the fusion between software components of RED-V and Soc Technology of Toshiba.
The media player is inside the display without the need of an other external. Creation, organization and the playing of personalized digital content is simple and intuitive, allowing to check and customize templates with a flexible interface. Videos, texts, social network feeds, URLs, files…. are some elements that users can use to develop a unique audiovisual communication. Thanks to the integration of NemoQ in RED-V, the management of the “Customer’s Waiting Service” is more functional and simple. The income of clients in improve and so is the productivity of employees. The assistance of personal for the management of the “Customer’s Waiting Service” is no longer required as it can be integrated with different scheduled audiovisual content (such as images, videos, web and social content), creating support and information service for the waiting customers. Together with as service that tracks the time of each session and the number of clients in the queue, NemoQ optimized time and costs of public offices, for example communication and marketing actions to improve customers’ waiting time with interesting audiovisual content. The integration of RED-V with Office 365 and Exchange Server offers support to manage and transmit information, during congresses, fairs, events and meetings. Schedule and share calendars, documents and programs of meeting on different screens and video walls it is easy and immediate. Moreover, audiovisual content can be personalized and communicated on different devices (personal computers, tablets, smartphones…) so to be more effective and interactive, during events.
